Mr. Anand S Jain is a seasoned finance professional with over 25 years of extensive experience in finance, treasury, fundraising, investor relations, strategic finance, risk management, and business controllership across listed companies, multinational corporations, and promoter-driven organizations. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) degree and perusing LLB. He has previously worked with reputed organizations such as Zobele India Pvt Ltd (KDC/One), Bundy India Ltd (Ti Automotive) and Jain Irrigation Systems Limited. Mr. Jain possesses strong expertise in IND AS, IFRS, budgeting, treasury, mergers & acquisitions, ERP implementation, and strategic business transformation.

Mr. Mohan Ramachandran Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Mr. Mohan Ramachandran is a seasoned business leader with more than 32 years of experience across automotive and industrial manufacturing. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirapalli, and a PGDM from the Goa Institute of Management.

Over the course of his career, he has held leadership roles with Eicher Group, Mahindra & Mahindra, Cummins Technologies, and Milacron India. His experience spans business development, aftermarket expansion, distribution network build-out, product management, greenfield investments, capital planning, and strategy deployment, with a consistent focus on strengthening competitiveness, long-term resilience, and developing scalable models that create enduring value.

Mr. Mohan is respected for his strategic judgement, disciplined execution, and ability to align organizations around clear priorities and measurable outcomes. He has also contributed to industry and academic platforms, including the Commercial Vehicle Forum, ET Auto, UBS Strategy, XLRI, SPJIMR, and Symbiosis, reflecting a broad perspective on sector evolution and leadership development.

Mr. Rohit Sojitra is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) from year 2017, and holds Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Bachelor’s degree in Law from Saurashtra University. He has over 10 years of experience in Corporate Secretarial Affairs, Corporate Governance, SEBI and Regulatory Compliance and Legal Matters.

Mr. Dharmendra Becharbhai Varasada’s Additional Director

Mr. Dharmendra Becharbhai Varasada has more than 2.5 decades technical experience in the field of machine manufacturing. He is the technical brain in the success of Global CNC Private Limited, erstwhile wholly owned subsidiary and amalgamated with the Windsor Machines Limited.

He oversees the Company’s production, technology solutions, and service functions. He focuses on driving growth with extensive technical experience in production of Plastic Injection Moulding Machines, Pipe Extrusion Machines, Blown Film Machines, CNC Machines, VMC Machines, SPM Machines, and Fixtures.
